Mint Jelly

Rosebud Farm was established in 1989 in North Yorkshire, England. It is in this rural setting that a range of over fifty sweet and savory preserves are made, principally by hand and in small batches, using the best available ingredients bought and gathered locally wherever possible. The bold natural flavors and frequently beautiful colors are what you would expect of recipes prepared in your own home kitchen.

Rosebud Farm Mint Jelly is made in the traditional way with all natural ingredients. Sweet and aromatic, it is traditionally served with lamb, but is also excellent in stews and casseroles.
